As an Office Manager you will gain more leadership experience by overseeing the overall operation of an ATAX office. You will help grow the business and achieve goals through marketing efforts, ensuring outstanding customer service standards, and daily supervision and coaching of seasonal associates.

PART TIME 12-18 hours/week in office (Off Season)

FULL TIME 35+ hours/week in office (Tax Season)

$25/hr plus Commissions during tax season. 

On Site Position (McDonough, GA)

Responsibilities include:

1. Plan and implement marketing and public relations programs to increase name brand awareness and grow the business under the direction of the approved corporate marketing initiatives. 

2. Execute public relations campaigns, special promotions, employee contests and other additional programs also under the direction of approved corporate marketing initiatives.

3. Implement business-to-business marketing plan.

4. Follow up with all contacts on a regular basis.

5. Send weekly press releases.

6. Coordinate marketing efforts with other marketing assistants in the area.

7. Monitor and track all marketing/advertising efforts.

8. Maintain contact with marketing department at National Office.

Requirements include:

- Prior tax and computer experience is a plus, but not a necessity.

- Experience providing daily supervision and scheduling of office staff 

- Passion for providing excellent customer service 

- Delegates effectively

- Positive attitude

- The desire to work in a fun corporate culture that has close ties to the community

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate tax returns

- Willingness to grow the business through community relations, marketing efforts, and tax school.

- Inexperienced* and Experienced tax preparer

As a Tax Associate you will gain more experience by preparing simple tax returns at an ATAX office under the supervision of the Office Manager and Managing Partner. You will help grow the business and achieve goals through marketing efforts, ensuring outstanding customer service standards.  

Category: Tax Preparation Customer Service

$17-$19/hr plus Commissions during tax season. (Inexperienced)

Commission Based (experienced)

On Site and Remote Positions Available!!!

Job Description:

1. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

2. Day and evening classes, appointments, and office hours

3. Must be computer proficient; power point, zoom, teams, crosslink tax software (training available)

4. Previous tax preparation and teaching experience preferred.
